What bi-erasure attempts unsuccessfully to conceal, Unwavering confirms. The text is a poetic declaration of bisexual identity, while the work’s meaning also unfolds through its visual structure. Stable strands of string, again recalling the colours of the bisexual flag, stand firmly within the glass. The piece reflects on broader questions of identity and legibility, suggesting how queer identities are often partially obscured by social frameworks even as they remain persistent and visible.
