Sir David Alexander Cecil Low (1891 – 1963) was a New Zealand-born political cartoonist and caricaturist, who immigrated to the UK in 1919, and became well-known for his cartoons of Colonel Blimp and caricatures satirising the personalities and policies of dictators Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini and Joseph Stalin, as well as other contemporary leaders.
