This photograph of the artist was printed with a text declaring that ‘a preview was held this morning at the upper Grosvenor Galleries of the exhibition of works by Dame Laura Knight which opens tomorrow. This is her first 'one-man' show in London since 1939. Photo shows. Dame Laura Knight with her painting The Dock, Nuremberg - war crimes trial - at the exhibition this morning’. It also stated erroneously: ‘This is the first time this painting has been exhibited’.
