'Ten Plagues' is one of ten serigraphs (screen prints) in Shlomo Katz's Passover Portfolio, hand pulled at Atelier Har-El at Tel Aviv in Israel on Arches paper 270 gram between July 1982 and October 1983. All colour separations were created on the screen by the artist and cancelled after the printing was completed. The edition was 300. This is one of 50 Artist's Proofs. The plagues, shown in vignettes are: water turning into blood, frogs, lice, wild animals or flies, pestilence of livestock, boils, locusts, darkness for three days and the death of the firstborn with the thunderstorm of hail and fire as the central image.
