How many institutions are 110 years young? Over the past 25 years, Ben Uri has evolved into a pioneering research centre and museum celebrating, researching, and recording the diverse Jewish, refugee, and wide immigrant contribution to British visual culture since 1900.
This exhibition presents key works acquired in the past 25 year, charting Ben Uri’s journey from its local beginnings to its digital global impact today.
Most importantly Ben Uri reveals its extended strategic plan within the academic arena evolving into a fully fledged Research and Dissemination Institute recording the width and depth of the refugee and immigrant contribution to British culture and society at large.
